Q: If I order today when will I get my posters?
A: All our posters are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. Posters are either sent same or next day. Parcels are sent via FIRST class post and usually take 1/2 days to arrive.
Q: Can you send goods 1st class so I receive them next day?
A: Yes no problem, all our packages are sent FIRST class - packages usually are received next day but please allow up to 3 days. Our postage and packaging charges are £4.99 but is free on orders over £40.
Q: Can I pay over the phone for my order?
A: Unfortunately our payment system does notallow us to do this. This also is for your security as you are then not giving out your credit card details.
Q: PayPal doesnt seem to be accepting my credit/debit card?
A: There has been a odd sale that won't go through - this is due to your card most of the time and usually works with a different card. If there is still an error please email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort out the issue best we can.
Q: Why are your posters so cheap?
A: We print all our posters in bulk allowing us to sell at unbelievable low prices.
Q: I have several stores nationwide - can you send separate orders to each of the branches?
A: Yes of course, 2 ways you can do this. Either do individual orders on the website or email your order along with all shop addresses.
Q: Can you produce custom posters?
A: We can design and create customer sale posters however these usually cost about 5 times the price as because we buy in such bulk we can keep our prices so low. Sometimes our posters might not be exactly what you want but works out much better value.
Q: Do you have any more designs available?
A: At the moment this is all the stock we have available however feel free to email us a type of poster you wish and we could see if we could introduce it to our catalogue.
